When the OA was taken up today, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents submitted that he has filed a statement today on behalf of respondents stating that movement order has already been issued on 26.10.2022 and that the applicant has reported at Ezhimala on 28.10.2022. The learned Counsel for the Applicant also submits that the applicant has already been relieved and reported at the new station on 28.10.2022. Hence he submits that the Original Application has become infructuous and can be closed. This is recorded.
Accordingly, the Original Application is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
