Judgment

When the matter was taken up, learned SCGSC placed before me a copy of the order of the Deputy Director Admn of Directorate General: All India Radio, Akashvani Bhawan, Parliament Street dated 06.03.2023 by which the applicant herein was given a new posting at AIR Thiruvananthapuram. According to the learned SCGSC, this has been in accordance with the prayer made by the applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly conceded that the applicant is satisfied with the above order.
Recording the above submissions, the O.A is closed as infructuous. No costs.
