Judgment
When the Original Application was taken up today for final hearing, Sri.Martin G.Thottan, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has since been given alternative appointment and absorbed in an alternative post. Thus, the Original Application has become infructuous and he does not want to pursue the proceedings.
In the circumstance, recording the above submission, the Original Application is disposed of as not pressed. No costs.
