Judgment
The O.A having been heard on 8.5.2023, on the same day this Tribunal passed the following order:
O R D E R (Oral)
When taken up, learned counsel for the applicant Shri.R.Sreeraj submits that during the pendency of the O.A, the respondents have amended the transfer order and the applicant has now been transferred to Mangalore. In fact, the second relief sought in the O.A is for a posting to Mangalore. In the circumstances, the O.A has become infructuous. Recording the submission, the O.A is closed. The interim order shall stand vacated.
