When the matter was taken up, learned Counsel for the applicant has filed an M.A No.180/301/2023 to withdraw the O.A. Learned Counsel for the applicant relying on the averments in the M.A submitted that the applicant does not propose to pursue the O.A and he has instructed to withdraw the O.A. This is recorded.
