HON'BLE MR. A. MUKHOPADHAYA, MEMBER (A) At the outset, Ms. Prayagmati Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that this O.A pertains to Food Corporation of India (FCI), and since FCI is not notified as the institution lying within the jurisdiction of this Tribunal, the O.A is not maintainable.

At this, Sri Amit Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that given the position, he would like to withdraw this O.A with liberty to file the same before the appropriate forum.

Ms. Prayagmati Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, has no objection to this.
