Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
In view of the objection raised by Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned standing counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2, learned counsel for the applicant very fairly admits that the main grievance of the applicant is against respondent No. 3. Admittedly there is no jurisdiction of this Tribunal.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to the applicant in accordance with law.
Permission is granted. The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Pending MA, if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
