Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):
None for the applicant. Mr. R K Jain, learned counsel for the respondents submit that the present MA has been filed by the applicant in the OA seeking permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to the applicant to file fresh OA along with the relevant documents.

For the reasons given there in the MA, the MA is disposed of with permission to the applicant to withdraw the OA with liberty to him in accordance with law. Thus, the OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant in accordance with law.
