Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
In the present OA, the applicant has challenged the order dated 12.09.2019 and has further sought reinstatement in service under the respondents.
During the pendency of the OA, the respondents have filed MA No.693/2020, contending that the applicant has filed the present OA without availing the statutory remedy of appeal and have, therefore, sought dismissal of the OA.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA, with liberty to the applicant to avail statutory remedy of appeal before the competent authority. Permission is granted. The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, in accordance with law. MA also stands disposed of, accordingly.
