Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present OA, the applicant has challenged the order of his dismissal from service. During the pendency of the OA, the applicant has filed MA No. 2622/2020 seeking amendment in the aforesaid OA.

However, at this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present OA along with the aforesaid MA with liberty to the applicant to agitate his grievances, if any, in accordance with law before the Competent Authority under the respondents.

Permission is granted. OA and MA both stand dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
