Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
A serious defect in the OA was pointed by learned counsel for the respondents. While the index shows that the OA is filed by one N. N. Ahuja (Consultant), the OA title is filed in the name of Smr. Indu Wahi. When the same is pointed out, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA with liberty to file a proper one.

Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, left open to the applicant to approach this Tribunal with an appropriate application.
