Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:

There are serious defects noticed in the OA both as regards memo of parties as well as the vacancies against which the relief is sought. When the same is pointed out to the learned counsel for the applicant, he sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh one.

2.

Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the applicant to file a fresh one.

There shall be no order as to costs. Pending MA also stands disposed of.
