Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J): The present OA has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:-
“1.Quash/set aside the impugned termination order No.EO No.244 dated 14.09.2012 issued as No.F.3 (308)/ND-9/DDA/1204 with all the consequential benefits including but not confined to the arrears of salary for the interregnum period;
2.Direct the respondents, in view of the applicant’s medical/mental condition, to be considerate and compassionate with him in any future action qua him; and
3.Make any other order as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances.”
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to raise the issue before the competent authority under the respondents in accordance with law.
Permission is granted. The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
