Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking quashing of the Order dated 29.10.2020 passed by the Divisional Railway Manager, New Delhi vide which the services of the applicant have been terminated.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty in accordance with law.

Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law. Pending MA also stands disposed of, accordingly.
