The applicant, who appears in person, seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the present OA with liberty to challenge the appellate order dated 27.05.2021 along with the order dated 12.02.2021 passed by the disciplinary authority.

Permission is granted. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.

M.A. No.585/2022 filed by the applicant seeking interim relief has become infructuous in view of the order passed in OA. The same is disposed of as having become infructuous.
