Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
In the present OA, the applicant has challenged the order passed by the disciplinary authority way back on 22.4.2013 and alleged inaction at the end of the respondents on his appeal dated 6.2.2020.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to the applicant to avail his legal remedies in accordance with law. Permission is granted.

The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
