Judgment

Shri Manohar Gopal, learned counsel for applicant is present. Shri T.N. Thakur, ld. Sr. CGSC on receipt of advance copy of OA has appeared for the opposite parties.
At the very outset learned counsel for applicant has submitted that since he has approached to this Hon'ble Tribunal against the order of issuance of show cause notice which is not a final order therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the O.A. as the present OA is premature. He may be given liberty to file fresh O.A. as and when the cause of action will accrue.
Counsel for opposite parties has not objected.
In view of the above submission, the O.A. is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
