Judgment
After Covid situation, the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.05.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the parties. Even on 24.08.2022, none appeared on behalf of the parties and a last and final opportunity was granted to both the parties to address their arguments on the pending application, if any. Again on 16.09.2022, none appeared on behalf of the parties and applicant was granted two weeks’ time, as a last opportunity, to file rejoinder, failing which the right to file rejoinder shall stands closed. Even, today, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant.
It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the OA any further. Therefore, the OA is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
Pending MA, if any, shall also stands disposed of accordingly.
