A perusal of the order sheets shows that on the previous listed dates i.e. 10.02.2023 and 03.03.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the applicants. Today, also there is no request on behalf of the applicants’ counsel for adjournment. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the OA is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. All associated MAs, if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
