A perusal of the order sheets shows that on the previous listed date i.e. 23.05.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Today, also there is no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the OA (Bearing Dy. No. 2126/2020) is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. All associated MAs, if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
