None present for the applicant even in the revised call. Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Shri Jaswant Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and 3 are present.

A perusal of the order sheets shows that on the previous listed dates i.e. 20.01.2023 and 31.03.2023, counsel for the applicant was not present. Today, also none appeared on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, OA No.930 of 2022 is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
