A perusal of the order sheets shows that on the previous listed date i.e. 03.03.2023, there has been no representation on behalf of the applicant. Today, also none appeared on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, RA No.29 of 2019 is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
