No one is appear on behalf of applicant even in the revised call. The applicant was also absent on 20.09.2023, only in the interests of justice, the case was adjourned and the time was also granted for filing rejoinder affidavit. Any rejoinder affidavit has not been filed till today. Therefore, looking to the repeated absence of the applicant, it may be presumed that the applicant has no any interest in this case. Hence OA No. 616/2019 is dismissed in default. All the pending MA’s, if any, will be treated as disposed of. No costs.
