Judgment
Hon'ble Ms. Manjula Das, Chairman This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 17 of Administrative Tribunals' Act, 1985, alleging non compliance of the interim order dated 27.07.2021 passed by this Tribunal in OA No.1406/2021 whereby the respondents were, inter alia, directed to receive the applications of the applicants, if they are eligible with reference to the last date of receipt of applications, i.e., 29.07.2021.
At the outset, Mr. R.V. Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents have received the hard copies of the applications from the applicants and sent to the respondent-Union Public Service Commission.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents at the Bar, this Contempt Petition is closed as having become infructuous.
