Heard Shri Dharmendra Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel representing the respondents.

The instant Contempt Petition U/S 17 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 was filed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.02.2023 passed in O.A. No.1510/2017 whereby the following directions were given:-

"....4. However, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping this O.A. pending. Accordingly, the OA is disposed off with direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to consider the candidature of the applicant in the light of letter issued on 20.5.2022 and documents submitted by the applicant in compliance thereof and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The order so passed shall be communicated to the applicant without any delay. It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of the cases. No order as to costs."

Compliance affidavit has been filed from the side of the respondents on 08.09.2026 and in para 5 onwards of the affidavit, it is stated that the aforesaid order of the Tribunal dated 14.02.2023 has been fully complied with.

Learned counsel for the applicant admitted the said position.

In view of the above, the instant Contempt Petition is dismissed and consigned to record. Notices, if any, issued to the respondents have been discharged.

M.A., if any, stand disposed of, accordingly.
