Heard Shri S.K. Kushwaha holding brief of Shri Ashutosh Diwakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ashish Jaiswal, learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that order of the Tribunal dated 06.02.2023 passed in OA No. 1462 of 2017 has been fully complied with and CCP has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the applicant is agreed to this fact.

Since order of the Tribunal has been complied with, contempt proceeding is dropped. Notices issued are discharged. All pending MAs are disposed of.
