It is submitted by the applicants’ counsel that the compliance of the order dated 03.12.2021 passed in OA No. 840/2018 has been made, therefore, no further action is required.

Looking to the averment of the applicants’ counsel, no further proceedings are required. Hence, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the respondents are discharged from their liabilities. All associated pending MAs stand disposed off.
