O R D E R
By Hon’ble Mr. Anand Mathur, Member (Administrative) :
Shri Aftab Alam, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri M.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents are present.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that compliance affidavit has been filed on date and a copy of the same has been served on the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant accepts receipt of the speaking order passed by the respondents. However, he is not satisfied with the disposal. He is free to challenge the same in a fresh OA.
In view of the fact that the compliance of the order of this Tribunal has been made in totality, the contempt petition is dismissed and notices issued to the respondents are discharged. All associated MAs are also disposed of.
