Heard Shri L.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents.

Shri L.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that compliance of the judgement and order passed by this Tribunal in the O.A. has been made by the respondents, thus, the proceedings in the present Contempt Petition may be closed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents also stated the same fact.

In view of the above submissions, proceedings of the present Contempt Petition are closed and the notices stand discharged.

All the associated M.A.s also stand disposed of.
