None for the applicant.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the respondents had challenged the order passed by this Tribunal before the Hon’ble High Court in W.P. (C) No. 15737/2025, which came to be dismissed on 30.07.2026. He further submits that, in compliance with the orders passed by this Tribunal as well as the Hon’ble High Court, the respondents have substantially complied with the order of this Tribunal and have paid a sum of Rs. 7,79,247/- to the applicant. He submits that the respondents shall accordingly comply with the order of this Central Administrative TribunalTribunal in its letter and true spirit.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents and the substantial compliance already made, the respondents are directed to ensure full compliance with the order passed by this Tribunal in its letter and true spirit.
In view of the above, and since substantial compliance with the order of this Tribunal has been made, we are not inclined to proceed further with the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the applicant to agitate his grievances, if any, in accordance with law. Notices issued, if any, stand discharged.
