ORDER

Shri M.K. Updhayay, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri R.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has already filed compliance affidavit on 04.05.2022 and copies of the same have been given to the Registry as well as learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant accepts receipt of the same.

In view of the compliance affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notices issued to the respondents are discharged. All associated MAs are also disposed of.
