None for the applicant. Shri K.K. Ojha, counsel for the respondents is present.

No one is present on behalf of the applicant even in revised call. In this case, counter affidavit was filed on 12.02.2020, but till today any rejoinder has not been filed. The applicant’s counsel is also not present.

Therefore, in the absence of applicant, O.A. No. 1001/2019 is dismissed in default. All pending MAs, if any, shall be treated as disposed of. Registry is directed to take appropriate steps in this regard for removing the MAs.
