No one is present on behalf of the applicant. This case is listed for final argument. The names of two advocates Shri Ashish Srivastava and Shri Mohd. Zaid are reflected in the cause list, but no one is appear on behalf of the applicant even in the revised call.

Accordingly, in the absence of applicant, O.A. No. 554/2019 is dismissed in default. All pending MAs, if any, shall be treated as disposed of. Registry is directed to take appropriate steps in this regard for removing the MAs.
