Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
It is not in dispute that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have issued a revised PPO in favour of the petitioner on 06.08.2021. The only grievance of the petitioner as per Sh. Yogesh Sharma is that even today, the petitioner, who is 81 years old is in the concerned bank, however, till today, the said PPO has not reached the bank.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents shall ensure that the PPO is served in the concerned Bank positively within fifteen days from today, if the same is not already done.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, present Contempt Petition is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Tribunal if the undertaking given at the end of the respondents, particularly noted hereinabove is not complied with.
