None for the applicant. Shri N.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
Learned counsel for the respondents draws my attention to the order passed by this Tribunal on 21.12.2021, which reads as under:-
“List revised. None present for the applicant. Shri N.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents is present. Learned counsel for the respondents points out that there has been no representation of the applicant either by himself or his counsel on several occasions in the past. This statement of Shri N.P. Singh gets justified by a perusal of the order sheets. However, the order sheets also show that in the last nearly two years this case has not even been listed for any effective hearing. Therefore, it will be appropriate to afford one more opportunity to the learned counsel for the applicant to make an appearance. Accordingly, list this case on 04.02.2022 for orders on delay condonation application.”
Today, neither the applicant nor his counsel is present to argue this matter. It seems that the applicant is lost interest in pursuing this case.
Accordingly, the OA is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. All associated MA are also disposed of.
There is no order as to costs.
