The OA had undergone several adjournments, and on certain occasions, the applicant was not there. On 14.10.2019, when it was listed, the applicant made a request for adjournment, and the request was acceded to. Thereafter, when it was taken up on 22.10.2019, the applicant again made a request that it be adjourned to this date. His request was acceded to, and the OA was adjourned to this date, along with several other OAs filed by him. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. The
