This is one of the oldest cases, and at one stage it was adjourned sine die awaiting the result of an application in W.P. (C) No.1644/2007 filed by the applicant herein, before the Hon‟ble High Court of Delhi. The record discloses that the order has since been passed by the High Court on 28.05.2018. Taking note of that fact, the OA was listed on 30.08.2018. Since there was no representation on behalf of the applicant, it was directed to be listed on 31.08.2018 under the caption “For Dismissal”, on which date, there was also no representation for the applicant, and the matter was adjourned for today.
Today also, there is no representation for the applicant. We, therefore, dismiss the OA for default.
