A perusal of the order sheet indicates that on several previous dates of listing, there has been no representation on behalf of the applicants.

In fact on the last six dates, w.e.f. 23.04.2019, 07.08.2019, 11.09.2019, 22.01.2020, 20.09.2022 and 28.10.2022, no one has appeared for the applicants. It is obvious that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing this matter.

Accordingly, the OA is dismissed in default.
