Illness application has been received from the applicant’s counsel Shri Satish Dwivedi. It appears from the record that on 27.02.2024 the case was listed for final argument, but upon the basis of illness application received from the applicant’s counsel, the case was adjourned. On 15.12.2023, the case was also adjourned upon the basis of illness application. Therefore, it appears that the applicant’s counsel not appearing continuously for final argument. Therefore, illness application is not accepted.
Because no one is appear for the applicant, therefore, O.A. No. 869/2014 is dismissed in default. All pending MAs, if any, shall be treated as disposed of. Registry is directed to take appropriate steps in this regard for removing the MAs.
