Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that respondents had filed Miscellaneous Petition No.2448/2023 on 26.04.2023 against the order of this Tribunal and Hon’ble High Court had allowed the said petition on 14.07.2023. Therefore nothing remain to adjudicate in this petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had filed SLP before the Hon’ble Apex against the order of Hon’ble High Court and the same was also dismissed. Therefore, nothing remains in this petition.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is hereby closed. Notices are discharged.
