Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):
The learned counsels for the parties submit that the Order/Judgment in the aforesaid OA, which is the subject matter of the Contempt Petition, has already been challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the said Writ Petition is likely to be listed before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi within a few days.
Mr. Padma Kumar S., learned counsel for petitioner submits that another identical matter is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and is fixed for consideration on 12.05.2021.
In the facts and circumstances, with the consent of the learned counsels for the parties, the present Contempt Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach this Tribunal for revival of the present CP, if occasion arises and if so advised by way of MA.
With the aforesaid liberty, the present Contempt Petition is closed. Notices are discharged.
