Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

It is stated by the learned counsels for the parties that the Order/Judgment of this Tribunal, subject matter of the present Contempt Petition, has been challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the operation of the same has been stayed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same if occasion arises thereafter and so advised. Notice is discharged.
