This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience and breach of the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 52/2021.

Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the order dated 11.10.2023 passed in OA No. 52/2021 has been stayed by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in Writ Petition No. 6789/2024 vide order dated 27.03.2024 and the same is in operation, accordingly submits that the contempt proceedings may be closed reserving liberty to the applicant to seek revival of the OA, if required.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objections to the same.

We find considerable force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. A ccordingly, contempt proceedings are closed at present, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the Contempt Petition depending upon the outcome of Writ Petition No. 6789/2024 pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru Bench.

Contempt Petition stands closed as above.

No order as to costs.
