Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Vinod Kumar Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Instant contempt petition has been filed under Section 17 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 for non-compliance of the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in O.A. No.1095/2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Tribunal passed in O.A. No.1095/2023 has been challenged before the Allahabad High Court in Writ A No.8908/2026, wherein the Allahabad High Court vide its order dated 08.09.2026 granted interim relief by staying the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in O.A. No.1095/2023 and aforesaid matter is still pending consideration and in this regard, he filed affidavit, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not object the said submission.

In light of the above and considering the current status of the aforesaid matter, it is appropriate to drop the instant contempt proceedings. Accordingly, present Contempt petition stands closed and the notices stand discharged. However, liberty is reserved with the counsel for the applicant to approach before this Tribunal after final outcome of Writ A No.8908/2026, if required.
