Per: SURESH KUMAR MONGA, MEMBER (J):

1.

At the very outset, Sh. K.K. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order dated 06.07.2012 passed in O.A. No. 1298/PB/2011 has been fully complied with and, therefore, nothing survives in the present contempt petition.

2.

The fact as stated by Sh. Thakur has not been disputed by Sh. Manohar Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Rule of the Court is discharged.

4.

Since the contempt petition itself has been disposed of having been rendered infructuous, therefore, nothing survives in pending misc. applications no. 060/1087/2013, 060/1172/2013 and 060/1342/2021 and those are also disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
