Judgment
Questioning the action of the respondent No.4 in not disposing of the Applications No.RC2600005473, RC2600005518, RC2600005520 and RC2600005522 and not issuing the Patta Pass Books in accordance with the order dated 04.04.2026 passed by the respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land in Sy.No.422, admeasuring Acs.4.15 guntas vide pass book No.1503 located in Dundigal village. It is submitted that the petitioner made online Applications No.RC2600005473, RC2600005518, RC2600005520 and RC2600005522 dated 02.06.2026 and 03.06.2026 for mutation and for issuance of corresponding patta pass books in accordance with the order dated 04.04.2026 but till date the respondents did not initiate any action thereon. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the Applications No.RC2600005473, RC2600005518, RC2600005520 and RC2600005522 dated 02.06.2026 and 03.06.2026of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law and prayed to pass appropriate orders.
In that view of the matter, recording the aforesaid submissions and with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the Applications No.RC2600005473, RC2600005518, RC2600005520 and RC2600005522 dated 02.06.2026 and 03.06.2026, stated to have been made by the petitioner, if not already considered, and after issuing notice to all the concerned/affected/interested parties pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of Eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
