Questioning inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representation dated 03.07.2026 with online Application No.2200145883 dated 24.11.2022 to incorporate the petitioner's name in the Revenue records in Sy.No.79/A to an extent of Acs.3.00, in Sy.No.80/A to an extent of Ac.1.38 guntas, total an extent of Acs.4.38 guntas, situated at Gudipally village and Mandal, Nalgonda district, hereinafter referred to as 'the subject land, and issue new patta passbook, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the father of the petitioner is absolute owner and possessor of the subject property having patta passbook and title deed vide Patta No.704 from the date of 01.04.1995 succeeded from grandfather of the petitioner. After the death of the father of the petitioner, petitioner is in possession of the subject land and to incorporate his name in the Revenue records made a representation dated 03.07.2026 to the respondent No.2, District Collector, Nalgonda, by enclosing a copy of the online Application No.2200145883 dated 24.11.2022 seeking for Passbook data correction but till date no action has been taken thereon. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the Application No.2200145883 dated 24.11.2022 of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law and prayed to pass appropriate orders.

In that view of the matter, recording the aforesaid submissions and with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider, the Application No.2200145883 dated 24.11.2022, stated to have been made by the petitioner, if not already considered, and after issuing notice to all the concerned/affected/interested parties pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of Eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
