Judgment
This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondent authorities in rectifying the erroneous entry in the Bhu Bharati Web Portal, which wrongly reflects that "the Survey No.237 had been sold under document No.7243 of 2018", as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to rectify the erroneous entry in Bhu Bharati Portal and mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.04 guntas in Survey No.237 situated at Guruvannapet Village, Komaravelli Mandal, Siddipet District and issue pattedar passbook in favour of the petitioner.
Heard Sri D. Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Dara Haritha Kiran, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the respondent authorities on 06.07.2026 seeking to rectify the erroneous entry in the Bhu Bharati Web Portal relating to Survey No.237 of Guruvannapet Village and mutate his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property and till date no action has been taken by the respondents on the said representation.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner will also make an application on the ROR Web Portal and if such application is being made, the same would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders in this writ petition.
Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ROR web portal is not accepting the online application and if the petitioner is guided, he will make appropriate application.
In view of the above said submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2026 expeditiously and if the petitioner makes online application, the respondents are directed to consider such online application filed and pass appropriate orders after putting notice to all the interested/affected parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
