Judgment
Questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not processing the online Bhu-Bharati application No.2500366099, dated 20.06.2025, vide its online e-challan No.0185221429119, dated 23.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting enquiry and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.27.2550 guntas in Survey Nos.436/1/A/2 situated at Gubbagurthy Revenue Village, Konijerla Mandal, Khammam District, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and issue pattadar passbook expeditiously.
Heard Mr. Madiraju Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal. Perused the entire record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an online Bhu-Bharati application No.2500366099, dated 20.06.2025 for conducting enquiry and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land. He filed a copy of Bhu-Bharati Record of Rights extract, in which the transaction status shows as “ongoing transaction on survey No./sub-division No. with application number 2500366099 in mutation/succession/NALA process.” Learned counsel further submits that in spite of lapse of more than one year, no orders have been passed on the said application till date. Question the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that since the status of online Bhu-Bharati application No.2500366099, dated 20.06.2025 shows as “ongoing transaction on survey number”, the same would be considered, and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders in this writ petition.
In that view of the matter, recording the aforesaid submissions and with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the online Bhu-Bharati application No.2500366099, dated 20.06.2025 stated to have been made by the petitioner, if not already considered, and after issuing notice to all the concerned/affected/interested parties, pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of Six (06) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
