Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):

Heard Mr. M.K. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Gyanendra Singh and Mr. G.S. Virk, learned counsel for the respondents.

M.A. 1289/2020 has been filed by the applicants praying therein to take Annexures M-1 and M-2 on record.

Mr. M.K. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of Annexure M-2 i.e. ‘Final Status of SSCOM/R/E/20/08095’, the present OA has become infructuous.

Per contra, Mr. Gyanendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the OA itself is not maintainable.

5.

Be that as it may, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, the OA is disposed of having become infructuous.

Pending MAs, if any, also stand disposed of. No costs.
